Join a forward-thinking tech specialist looking to automate how teams work by connecting platforms like Zoho Workflows, n8n, Zapier, Gmail, WhatsApp APIs, and bespoke systems. We’re on a mission to make daily workflows smarter, more seamless, and delightfully efficient.
Your Mission :
- Lead the design, development, and optimization of multi-step automations across Zoho Workflows, n8n, Zapier, and more.
- Integrate Gmail, WhatsApp (via APIs), CRMs, marketing tools, and in-house systems into flawless workflows.
- Write lightweight scripts (JS or Python) for custom transformations or logic.
Troubleshoot, monitor, and continuously refine automations for reliability and performance.
- Document processes clearly (SOPs, flow diagrams), and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.
Profil Recherché :
- 3+ years of experience in workflow automation platforms such as Zoho, Zapier, n8n, Make.com, or equivalent.
- Robust knowledge of APIs, webhooks, JSON, authentication, and data mapping.
- Proficiency in JavaScript or Python to extend automation beyond out-of-the-box integrations.
- Track record of streamlining existing workflows and migrating between automation platforms.
- Strong communication skills—able to explain your work clearly and work with non-technical teams.
