As a Data Analyst / IT Support Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting Fortrade LTD Morocco’s operations. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented professional to strengthen our team. This role combines data analysis with technical IT support, ensuring smooth system performance and providing valuable insights to guide decision-making. The ideal candidate will be both analytical and hands-on, with the ability to identify and resolve issues and deliver effective solutions.

What You’ll Do:
• Diagnose and resolve daily IT issues with an analytical and solution-oriented mindset.
• Provide support for Microsoft OS, Google Workspace, and Microsoft 365 web applications.
• Troubleshoot and maintain telephony systems and softphones (SIP, 3CX, ConTAQt, etc.)
• Perform hardware and software maintenance to ensure smooth operations.
• Restore backups, format OS, and ensure system stability.
• Support CRM usage and resolve related issues.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to provide IT and data-related solutions.
• Assist colleagues across departments with patience and professionalism.
• Create, manage, and analyse Excel reports, formulas, and presentations in PowerPoint.
• Ensure timely resolution of IT requests while suggesting improvements and process optimizations.
• Prepare KPI reports, update scorecards, and support the department manager with required reporting tasks.

• 2–3 years of proven experience in IT support, system administration, or data analysis.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Good knowledge of hardware and system maintenance.
• Familiarity with CRM systems.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Google Apps, and Microsoft 365.
• Excellent communication skills with fluency in English (spoken and written).
• Patient, helpful, and open to continuous learning.
